Delete substring from the end of string

Delete substring from the end of string

I would like to do the following in C. I have string like unsigned char
out[CHUNK]. And I would like to remove everything after a substring "LEN "
in out[CHUNK]. I do not know the position of LEN. It can appear anywhere.
